Goat Milk

The goat is a domestic animal from the goat-antilope specie typically kept as livestock. It's a member of the animal family Bovidae and the Tribe Caprini. The goat is closely related to the sheep. A goat yields nearly a ton of milk every year; and its milk has many benefits, not only for the inner health; but for the skin and hair. The goat milk contains fatty acids to repair the skin barrier, probiotics to encourage the growth of normal skin flora, and vitamin A to help a gentle exfoliation. Goat milk contains vitamin B for healthy hair growth.
